It was in the city centre.

The basement car park smell of cats litter. They must get rid of the smell n do a general clean up.

The spacious room and it's service.

The breakfast menu is not compatible to the price. It has no variety at all. And please inform your restaurant staff to please be more professional and ethical while serving the guests. We caught them in action, they took the food from the buffet counter and ate in front of the guests. That is unacceptable. Hope you can improve the service and the food.

Overall it was a nice stay; basic needs were met. No loud noises from outdoor for my room. Quick housekeeping service.

Breakfast served was way below average quality and of poor choices, not worth RM28. Lighting in my no view standard twin room was very bad for dolling up (yellow dim lights only). Should have proper lighting considering there's no sunlight. Room was for 2 adults but some amenities given was only for 1 adult; 1 slipper, 1 toothbrush. Pool/jacuzzi opening at 10am is too late.

It has everything we wanted: fridge, laundry bag, iron, bidet.

- I just wish it had bathroom slippers. No big deal, though. - The water was yellow so I didn't want to soak in it.

the room is so clean and the sheet, towel - i can feel that they change it very frequently. The rooms always well maintain. We so happy with the facility provided.

nothing!!! in fact, i been keep on coming back if i happen to be in Miri town for my short stay.

Aircond was too cold. The room was still cold, even when aircond was turned off.

The room i got was spacious and it's level of cleaness was fabulous. You sparkle clean.

I got a room without a view something i did not expect because my room was facing the back of the shop houses

No comments on breakfast as i have never include in my room. The location is consider strategic. overall, acceptable and meet my expectation.

there was a power failure during my stay at midnight, the staff told me nothing much he could do. I think it is not friendly enough. AT least should have the courtesy to send me a candle so the toilet could be lighted for convenience.

everything is okey except for that they should reserve also the basement park for the customers who's staing at the hotel. thnks

the system is very bad.when we go back from shopping the basement parking already fully book for the weddings guest the security telling us parking is close for weddings guest then what about the people who pay staying there they should let the customer who booked the hotel park at the basement not ask all the weddings guest park at the basement even though theirs got weddings functions at the hotel we also paying for staying there and i already tell the receptionist include the security once got empty parking should let us know we waiting so long already inside the car then after that they ask the second person who complaining about it to go in what about us the one who complain first at the reception waiting so long and then the security saying to us the parking only for high and big car not make sense even though the car is big or small that's not the matters they should let it in. many customers hotel they ask to park outside which is very bad... should reserve also for the customers parking they also ask the others customer to park outside that's really not safety especially at the back of the hotel.. Please fix this.. Thanks we are really disappointed.. we also don't expect this to happened..

Good location

Its too noisy. Might other building they have a karaoke area or club. Unable to sleep in peace. Parking area at basement its too smelly. Might due to the rubbish Direction of qiblat for muslim prayer not stated

All the staffs are very friendly and super helpful. All the facilities was excellent and convenient.

I did not like only the toilet part. My room had a little problem. The noise from the fan in the toilet very noisy and the toilet pipe was leaking when u use it.

Ever since the first time my family and I check in to this hotel back a year ago, it was tremendous location for going anywhere in Miri City. The security guard who been sacrifice doing their job 24 hours looking after the guest property were doing very good job as every hour they do their responsibilities. The staff who were on duty during we staying there along with the room service staff were very friendly. Truly love it.

friendly staffs at reception counter during check-in and check-out. Clean and tidy through out the hotel. Have peace of mind when staying in this hotel.

air conditioning too noisy and worse of all; not cool enough that ended with not having a good night sleep instead.

Staff was very friendly, they recommended good car rental with hotel delivery.

It looks like there is a window on the pictures, but in reality there was none. What looked like a window lead just to another room.

Parking space very conveniet, there is lots of restaurant nearby, 711 shop is also very near to the hotel. I had the superior room and was fantastic, big and comfy bed.

This is what i expect and i believe the standard for guests to stay in for awhile. Best place comfy bed very friendly staff and really privacy.

Perhaps the TV channels not much choices.
